too hard to navigate site

Timer countdown is too long. Also loggin to find CPR certificate is too complicated and I can't find it. I emailed it to myself but the link was "disallowed" Takes too long trying to navigate the site. Setting up passwords and can't even access the certificate in the end.

Course content was good. Having to wait for the time to end before being able to move on was really annoying.
